The Marigold Manifesto
In Marigold Yoga Kula, we see the light, strength, and potential in all people. We want you to see it in yourself, too.
In Marigold Yoga Kula, we believe in lifting each other up. We believe in supporting each other. We believe in meeting people where they are — you don’t need to be able to touch your toes to practice yoga with us.
We believe in yoga for all. Whatever your age, gender, race, ethnicity, background, financial status, body type or physical abilities—we believe that yoga is for you.
We believe that the well-being of our communities — both local and global — depend on the well-being of the individuals within those communities.
We believe in yoga, movement, and meditation as pathways toward happier, healthier, and more resilient lives. We believe that engaging in these practices is an incredible act of kindness toward ourselves.
And we believe that when we act with kindness and compassion toward ourselves, we are better able to act with kindness and compassion in our communities. In caring for ourselves, we are better able to care for others.
Whether in quiet, solitary moments on the mat or while practicing joyfully together — we can lift ourselves and each other up to build a kinder, happier world.
